Introduction Cusco

Cusco. According to the Incas the navel (the centre) of the world. Until this day groeps of tourists from all over the world meet in Cusco, which has an altitute of 3,300 mts above sea level. Cusco and its 190,000 inhabitants mainly live of tourism. For tourists Cusco is a very interesting city with lots of archaeological sites like Machu Picchu, Sacsayhuaman and numerous sites in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

During your tour you will have 6 days to fill as you like; the only standard organised excursion by us is the City Tour in Cusco. Would you like to go on the Inca Trail or would you prefer to visit Machu Picchu in just 1 day?

Cusco also is an interesting city where you can go on numerous varying excursions. The city has a nice atmosphere with its numerous bars, discotheques and restaurants at or near the Plaza de Armas.

It's a city where a great number of different nationalities meet. You can dance until the early morning on Salsa or Meringue, but also on U2 and David Bowie.

Anyway: it' s a nice place to stay with numerous possibilities to have a good time or to learn more of the culture of Peru.
